Ms Chen Xiaoping
Financial Controller
Ms Chen Xiaoping, 33, was appointed as Financial Controller of our Group in August 2005. Ms Chen has 10 years of finance experience, having been a Finance Manager in a s tate-owned enterprise from 1998 to 2003, and subsequently an Audit Manager in BDO Reanda for 2 years. Ms Chen is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant and has been a Chinese Certified Public Accountant since 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Beijing Renmin University , and a Bachelor of Material Science and Engineering from Beijing Aeronautic and Astronautic University .
Ms Qin Wei
Sales & Marketing Manager
Ms Qin Wei, 42, joined our Group in March 1993 as our Sales & Marketing Manager.
She was also one of three founders of our Group.She has 14 years of sales experience in the CCTV industry and is in charge of the sales operation of our headquarters and 8 sales offices. From 1990 to 1993, she worked in the Sales Department of Shenzhen Honghe Communication Co. , Ltd. Ms Qin Wei graduated from Wuhan Ma Fan High School.
Mr Zhang Zao
Vice Chief Engineer
Mr Zhang Zao, 49, joined our Group in 1995 as our Research and Development Manager. He has 10 years of experience in the engineering and research and development fields. From 1981 to 1995, he worked as a Safety Officer with Tianjin No. 8 Chemical Dye Factory. In 1995, he joined our Group as an Engineer and has been our Research and Development Manager since 2001. Mr Zhang graduated in 1987 from the Beijing Humanities Correspondence University with a specialization in wireless and automation technology.
Ms Guo Ru
Director of HR Department
Ms Guo Ru, 35, joined our Group in January 2007 and is currently our HR Director. She has 13 years of experience under her belt in the human resource fields. From 1993 to 2002, she headed TsingHsin International Group as Manager of Human Resources. From 2002 to 2006, she later moved on to become Director of Human Resources in GuoXin Group. Ms Guo holds a Bachelor degree from the Tianjin Broadcasting & Television University .
Mr Wu Fu Jun
Research & Development Manager
Mr Wu Fu Jun, 36, joined our Group in May 2004 and currently is our Research and Development Manager. He has 11 years of experience in the electronic and security fields. From 1996 to 2001, he was Senior Engineer at No.3 Institute of Astronautics Ministry. He later joined Beijing Zhong Chuang Co. Ltd to be its Head of Research and Development. Mr Wu holds a Bachelor degree from the ChangChun University of Optical Fine Mechanics, and a Masters degree from No.3 Institute of Astronautics Ministry.
