Mr Ye Chen
Executive Chairman & CEO
Mr Ye Chen, 48, is the founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Group, with over 20 years of experience in the electronics and security industry.
From 1981 to 1985, Mr Ye was an engineer with Tianjin Pipe Co. From 1990 to 1993, he was a project engineer with Shenzhen Yin He Security Electronics Co. Ltd. In 1993, he founded Yaan Technology in Tianjin , and assumed the position of CEO.
Mr Ye studied at Tianjin Instrument and Radio Technical Institute for three years from 1978 to 1981. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Wuhan Polytechnic.
Ms Qin Wei
Executive Director and Sales & Marketing Manager
Ms Qin Wei, 42, joined our Group in March 1993 as our Sales & Marketing Manager.
She was also one of three founders of our Group.She has 14 years of sales experience in the CCTV industry and is in charge of the sales operation of our headquarters and 8 sales offices. From 1990 to 1993, she worked in the Sales Department of Shenzhen Honghe Communication Co. , Ltd. Ms Qin Wei graduated from Wuhan Ma Fan High School.
Mr Goh Chee Wee
Independent Director
Mr Goh Chee Wee, 61, was appointed as our Independent Director on 30 March 2005. He is currently the Chairman of NTUC Board of Trustees and a director of a number of NTUC Co-operatives. He is also a director of several public-listed companies.
Mr Goh was elected Member of Parliament from 1980 to 2001, and served as the Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Labour and Communications from 1993 to 1997. From 1997 to 2003, he was the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Group.
Mr Goh holds a Bachelor of Science (First-Class Honours) and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Singapore , as well as a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin .
Mr Tan Lye Huat
Independent Director
Mr Tan Lye Huat, 58, was appointed as our Independent Director on 30 March 2005 and sits on the board of a few other public-listed companies.
Mr Tan is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a Chartered Director (C. Dir) of the Institute of Directors (IoD), UK .
He is the Founder and CEO of HIM Governance Private Limited, a governance solution and services organization.
